About this bottle
Certified 100% organic ugni blanc, folle blanche, and colombard grapes are the source for this Cognac, cultivated across 10 estates in the Fins Bois, Borderies, and Petite Champagne regions. The eaux-de-vie adheres to ECOCERT standards, undergoes reduction in four phases, and is aged for six to seven years in lightly toasted Limousin oak barrels, before being bottled at 80 proof.
