About this bottle
The Pasquet family has been making Cognac in Eraville, Grande Champagne, on a small estate since 1730. Jean-Luc Pasquet initiated certified organic vineyard cultivation without any added chemicals in 1995. This offering is a mix of two vintages of organic, Premier Cru cognac, predominantly from ugni blanc grapes with some folle blanche, aged at least seven years in French Limousin oak barrels.
