A delicate Agave Spirit from the Gonzalez family Estate in Atotonilco, Jalisco, Highlands, Mexico, roasted in earthen ovens & distilled in Stainless Steel pots; then aged in French Oak barrels for at least 1 year; after which the color is filtered out before bottling. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of agave, nuts, wood & spices; a rich & full middle adds notes of roasted agave, caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, honey, walnut, oak; leading to a quick & delicate finish with a hint of cake batter.
