A new Grappa made from Chardonnay grown in Treiso and Serralunga d’Alba, then distilled using a stainless steel alembic. It starts with a fragrant introduction, offering notes of orchard and dried fruits, florals, nuts, herbs, and spices. Its vibrant spirit then brings hints of grape pomace and golden raisins, culminating in a well-rounded finish of moderate duration with undertones of anise and clove.
