Consumed neat. Visually appealing golden hue that leaves legs in the glass. The nose presents cooked agave, honey/caramel, subtle oak, vanilla, minerals, hints of citrus, and mint. The taste begins with agave sweetness and a bit of alcohol-induced spice, along with cinnamon and black pepper, balanced by mellow oak, honey, vanilla, faint citrus peel, floral notes, and cream. The finish is long and softly sweet with vanilla, featuring some undertones of green herbs/mint, cinnamon, and black pepper. Overall, it's smooth and sweet, with a touch of spice for intrigue. The winter releases are consistently worthwhile for those seeking something distinctive.
