This single barrel rye selection is crafted from 90% rye and 10% malted barley, both grown in New York state. It is aged for approximately 5 years in a 30-gallon new, charred American oak barrel with a #3 char. The bottling is done non-chill filtered at 90 proof in Brooklyn, NY.

Pepper and butterscotch on the nose. The palate is rich with tropical fruit and baking spice. The finish offers cocoa and caramel. Well-balanced and delightful. Mine is barrel 18
Hints of chocolate and rye on the nose. The flavor echoes this, with additional notes of dark chocolate. Overall, a light and brief finish that is easygoing.
This rye offers a nice equilibrium. It has pleasant sweetness alongside robust leather and spice essences that diminish swiftly.
