About this bottle

Jacob's Pardon, an American whiskey brand established in 2019 by Marc D. Taub and his son Jake, who also manage Palm Bay International, a wine and spirits importer, presents its third small batch American whiskey. This light whiskey, distilled by MGP in Indiana, is made from 99% corn and 1% malted barley. It was aged for 18 years in 211 new, uncharred barrels. The whiskey is bottled at a cask strength of 71.25% ABV and has been available at select retailers nationwide since June 2023, costing $195.

Excellent flavor profile. Quite a bit of heat when consumed neat, but adding a large ice cube to cool it slightly makes it very enjoyable!
