It doesn't conform to the London Dry style. It's superior to most modern gins with a citrus-forward profile. It creates a very satisfying gin and tonic, provided you aren't anticipating prominent juniper. Quite pleasant!
Pineapple and grain transformed into gin. Sweet on the tip of the tongue, then you get some juniper and fennel. Have not tried with tonic yet
A delightful surprise from Maui. Well-balanced and clean. Highly impressive. I will definitely purchase it again.
Very subtle fruit notes. Nicely balanced. Starts with citrus and finishes with fennel.
