An elegant, Agave Spirit by Distileria Tequila Supremo NOM1596 in Jalisco, Mexico crafted like their Añejo, is aged for a full year in bourbon barrels. Platinum then undergoes a proprietary filtering method to create a crystal-clear tequila. It has a delicate start with notes of cooked agave, fruits, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of oak & vanilla; that led to a warming death of medium length. April / May 2023
