I can't say I'm fond of this one. It has a very thick consistency (which is acceptable) and an unusual herbal character. I was anticipating more of an alpine amaro, but it presents a peculiar vegetal taste. It brings to mind my younger self's perception that all amari tasted medicinal and unpleasant. While I've developed a liking for most of them, this particular one isn't enjoyable.

It pains me to admit, given my heritage, but this might be the worst amaro I've ever had. A chaotic mix of medicinal herbs and orange citrus notes that clash. It has a thick consistency, very similar to San Marzano Borsci Elisir amaro, but it just doesn't work well for Punch.
A very festive, wintery tasting amaro. We felt it tasted like rum in eggnog, almost creamy. Wonderful with dessert or as a sweet shot.
