It certainly doesn't resemble PineSol cleaner or a 'pine tree in a glass.' The pine nut provides an unusual berry flavor with fruity notes. It's sweet and refreshing, making it a great ingredient for cocktails. It also pairs surprisingly well with a cigar. Consider this a rum-like spirit from the stunning Alps region of Europe. Definitely worth a taste.
Fantastic piney flavor! I enjoy drinking this on its own, appreciating the initial pine notes and the relaxing sappy finish. To enhance the woodiness, I add a splash of Santa Fe Spirits' Atapiño.
An ideal balance of bold pine notes and sweet herbs. It's not overly thick or alcoholic. It'd be great in gin cocktails, but I prefer enjoying it neat.
