An elegant Agave Spirit from NOM 1466s. It begins aromatically with raw agave, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs, and spices. Its rich character develops notes of prune, tangerine, cider, creme brulee, caramel, and maple. It finishes with a balanced, medium-length profile of oak, vanilla, chocolate, allspice, cinnamon, coconut, hazelnut, and smoke. May - June 2024.
