A well-rounded, flavored agave spirit from El Padrino de Mi Tierra Nom1438, made in stainless steel. It starts aromatically with notes of cooked agave and vegetables, earth, fruits, herbs, and spices; while a habanero presence with a hint of banana, led to a mild, medium-length pepper finish with a touch of sea spray.
