An intense agave spirit from NOM 1438 in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, made with 100% Tequilana Weber and local volcanic spring water. A secondary filtration process removes the brown color from the oak barrels and smooths the tequila. It begins rich with vanilla and tropical notes; the palate adds butterscotch, sweet candy, and toffee flavors; leading to a long and intense finish. The aroma is of tropical berries, very fruity. It's smooth with spice and a medium mouthfeel, lightly sweet, and the finish is very fruity, reminiscent of pineapples. We finished our first bottle in a single night and had to purchase another for our collection.
