About this bottle
Produced in the Jalisco region, El Afan Añejo tequila consists of 100% blue agave. The agave is harvested at 8 to 10 years old, then cooked, milled, and fermented. After being double distilled, the tequila ages for over a year in white oak barrels that previously contained bourbon. El Afan is presently only available in Texas and New Mexico.
