Part three of my non-alcoholic gin exploration. This is likely my preferred option among the three tried so far. The brand is the New Zealand equivalent of Seedlip, and in my opinion, slightly superior based on my tastings. Cardamom and spice are noticeable and integrate well with the tonic. However, it's not actual gin, and I didn't purchase a bottle. The concept has potential, but it needs something with a more alcoholic taste profile to truly convince me.
