It has a smell of nice sweet caramel, high-sugar fruits (dates, figs, prunes), and chocolate bonbons, leading to a complex but slightly sweet taste (it tastes like a mix of dark honey and candied fruits or dates/figs/prunes). There's also a little vanilla, which is always pleasant. The sherry casks performed exceptionally well. This is a fantastic sipper. Initially, there's a nice, decent sweetness, the middle is smooth but with a slight roughness, and finally, there's a little burn, a warming end. It finishes with a pleasant peppery tingle on the tip of the tongue. Overall, this is a great sipper aimed at a broad audience. Considering the price (you can get it on sale for 950 CZK), the value for money is very high. Therefore, an extra point is added to the final rating for that.

An initial burst of anise gives way to a sweetness reminiscent of dark caramel. This rum isn't overly sweet but is quite pleasant.
Excellent neat, but with a small amount of ice, it's very smooth. It's sweet, but not overly syrupy.
One of my favorites, sweeter, smooth, just shy of perfection.
