A robust agave spirit from Casa Don Roberto NOM 1437, established by Don Roberto Orendain in 1840. Crafted with estate-grown agave and volcanic spring water, following a secret family method. The agave undergoes slow roasting in earthen kilns and is matured for a minimum of 18 months in new oak casks. It presents an aromatic beginning with notes of roasted agave, fruits, wood, nuts, and spices; a rich middle adds flavors of peanuts, pepper, citrus, and chocolate; culminating in a long, complex finish with hints of coconut and almond cream.
