A rich agave spirit by Casa Don Roberto NOM 1437, established by Don Roberto Orendain in 1840. It is made with estate-grown agave and volcanic spring water, following a secret family recipe. The agave is slow-roasted in earthen ovens and aged for at least 18 months in white oak barrels before the color is filtered out. It possesses an aromatic start with notes of roasted agave, fruits, wood, and spices; its rich character adds notes of cinnamon, roasted pepper, citrus, and chocolate; leading to a long and complex finish.
