About this bottle
Don Ignacio Hernandez Gutierrez and his relatives had cultivated agave for many years before establishing their own tequila production. They founded Casa Don Nacho in 2003 (NOM 1508 Fabrica de Tequila Don Nacho), overseeing every stage from farming to bottling. Their namesake añejo tequila is crafted from 100% estate-grown blue weber agave from the Los Altos (Highlands) region of Jalisco, Mexico. It is double-distilled and then aged for 24 months in American white oak casks.
