A sharp, Agave Spirit from Nom1438. It starts with the scent of agave, nuts, spices, and earth. Its full, complex body brings cooked agave, coconut, hazelnut, pepper, and nutmeg, finishing rich and a bit creamy with notes of cake batter, oak, vanilla, butterscotch, and caramel.
A refined spirit from NOM 1137. Its beginning presents aromas of agave, wood, botanicals, and spice. A robust middle stage adds caramel and vanilla. The finish is long and balanced with notes of oak, pepper, and chocolate. April 2016 / 2017
