About this bottle
Mexico - 40% - 100% organically farmed single estate blue agave plants in Jalisco. Aged in used bourbon barrels for over 6 months. Balanced profile of agave, herbs, orange blossoms, but gives way to a strong cooked agave, buttery cinnamon, caramel with a spiciness on the finish.
