Cleo Schulte 4.0

Young and fruity---and outstanding! It pours a reddish amber into the glass. The aroma has notes of fruit, oak, and honey. Tasting it quickly, the sample seems a bit intense. After letting it rest, the spirit is smooth in the mouth, with honeyed fruitiness and a touch of oak spice swirling on the tongue. The finish is of moderate length and rich in flavor. This strongly resembles another cognac, though it's not quite as superb. It's younger and considerably less expensive in my area, making it a bargain for this style of cognac. (There are nearly as many styles of cognac as there are Scotches. In fact, I once had an Armagnac that could have passed for a Scotch.)

Clint Golden 3.8

A slightly tart, maple-like flavor with a bitter finish.
