Origin: Mexico - 100% Espadin Agave. It smells of earthy and plant-like agave. The taste is salty and it has a lingering smoky finish. Olvidado translates to 'the forgotten one' in Spanish. These mezcal barrels were stored away and forgotten until recently found and bottled after 30 years. A remarkable Anejo Mezcal.
