Made with 100% Blue Weber Agave from San Julian, Jalisco, Mexico, this delicate Agave Spirit by Nom1438 was cooked fresh in a stainless steel autoclave. The agave juice & fibers were fermented separately, double distilled & aged for 12 months in American White Oak Whisky Barrels before the color was filtered out. Its aroma has notes of cooked agave, wood & spices, while its rich life offers notes of caramel & vanilla, leading to a quick & delicate finish. December 2021
