A very pleasant, smooth Agave Spirit from NOM 1414. Its scent is full of cooked agave, wood, fruit, flowers, herbs, and spices. The middle palate carries vanilla, plantain, caramel, and orange zest, finishing quickly and dryly with notes of jalapeño, oak, cinnamon, and honey. May 2024
