About this bottle
This añejo tequila is a joint venture between Cutwater Spirits of San Diego and the Orendain Distillery (NOM 1110) in Jalisco, Mexico. Cutwater Master Distiller Yuseff Cherney supervises the production in Jalisco, where a dedicated section of the Orendain facility is used for Cutwater Tequila. Crafted from 100% blue weber agave cooked in brick ovens, this añejo spends slightly over one year aging in former Cutwater whiskey barrels located in Jalisco.
