Creyente Azul Cristalino Mezcal A refined, clear Mezcal made by Creyente Distillery NOM-O220X in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is a blend of Espadín & Cuishe agaves, twice distilled, then aged in American oak barrels and carefully filtered prior to bottling at 40% ABV. It begins aromatically with scents of roasted agave, earth, wood, fruits, flowers, herbs, and spices; its rich, smoky life adds notes of guava and star anise, leading to a well-rounded, velvety finish of moderate duration with traces of oak, vanilla, and petrichor.
