About this bottle

Copper & Kings, based in Louisville, has developed an Old Tom gin using a grape brandy foundation. The distillation process employs copper pot stills, and no neutral spirit is introduced. Traditional gin botanicals are steeped following the initial distillation and then introduced to the still via vapor infusion during the second distillation. This Old Tom gin undergoes a brief aging period in former Kentucky bourbon barrels. It is bottled at 50% alcohol by volume and is non-chill-filtered.
