About this bottle
Located in historic Middlebury, Vermont, Stonecutter Distillery draws its name from the 19th-century masons and stone crafters of the region. The founders aim to replicate traditional methods by aging gin and whiskey, using quality components and unhurried maturation to produce craft spirits. Bourbon barrels are utilized for four to six months to mature the gin distillate.
