This is the second favorite among my infused gins. The rich, spicy, sweet, and exotic flavor is exciting and holds up even when diluted 1:3 with tonic, yet it's also enjoyable neat. This is far from a typical gin experience; it's exotic, fun, and I truly like it, even if infused varieties feel a bit like a shortcut.:-)

80/100 Nose: Floral notes with a hint of juniper and citrus, alcohol bite 20/100 Taste: Citrus, spice, juniper, light fruitiness, flavors are delicate, a bit of alcohol 21/100 Finish: Medium to short, subtle floral notes with juniper and alcohol 20/100 Balance: Actually nice and delicate, but with an alcohol bite that ultimately dominates 19/100
Great flavor with prominent notes of juniper, orange peel, and saffron. It has an oily texture and is spicy on the rocks. It holds up well with a 1/3 tonic mix without losing its character. An easy-drinking and refreshing gin and tonic where the orange peel note stands out. I used to dismiss infused gins, but this one is genuinely good.
Another gin with a distinctive flavor profile that people will either adore or despise, depending on how it's consumed. It's sweet and subtly floral, with just a touch of spice or juniper. It has a medium thickness and mouthfeel. Try it in a simple Tom Collins to appreciate its taste. The color is lovely.
Saffron flavor comes through the gin's other notes. The color makes for visually appealing martinis. This gin is good served neat over ice.
