Copper & Kings, based in Louisville, produces an American Dry Gin from an apple brandy base. Distilled in copper pot stills without the addition of neutral spirit, traditional gin botanicals are steeped post-first distillation and then vapor infused during the second distillation. This non-chill-filtered gin is bottled at 46% ABV.

A fruit-forward gin with traditional botanical notes in the finish. The juniper isn't the primary characteristic here, which I find quite appealing. The brandy undertones are present but blend well in a standard G&T.
Delicious and smooth. Made from pears, though I'm uncertain if their flavor was detectable. Hints of floral notes and a pleasant level of sweetness.
I love this gin; it's great for cocktails.
