This Convite Mezcal is crafted from 100% wild coyote agave, harvested after 12 years of maturation. Its production adheres to artisanal methods, including cooking the agave in a conical underground stone oven, crushing it with a burro-drawn tahona stone, and natural fermentation in wooden vats. It is double distilled in a copper pot and bottled at 46% ABV.
