About this bottle

Homère Clément, the founder of Clément in the 19th century, initially modeled his rhum agricole after French Armagnacs, adopting the region's distillation and aging practices. Currently, this rhum is made from sugarcane cultivated on the estate, which is pressed immediately after harvest. It is matured for a minimum of 6 years in a combination of new and re-charred oak barrels.
