About this bottle
Clear Creek's Grappa of Pinot Grigio originates from pomace derived entirely from pinot grigio grapes grown in the Pacific Northwest. Following winemaking, the leftover pomace (skins and seeds) from fermentation and pressing is subjected to its own fermentation and subsequent distillation. This product is available in both 375ml and 750ml sizes.
