About this bottle
Established in 1986 in Portland, Oregon, Clear Creek Distillery focuses on spirits crafted from locally sourced fruits. While renowned for their eaux-de-vie, the distillery also produces other fruit brandies, grappa, fruit liqueurs, and a single malt whiskey. Their framboise is made from a mash of raspberries grown nearby, with approximately 80 pounds of fresh fruit used for each 375ml bottle. It is presented at 40% ABV.
