The peaches for this brandy are sourced from a location very close to Peach Street Distillers in Palisade, Colorado. After picking, these peaches undergo open-air fermentation and a single distillation. The spirit is then aged twice: first in French oak for six to twelve months, followed by twelve to twenty-four months in vintage Cognac barrels. Approximately 26 pounds of peaches are used for each bottle.

A very smooth, well-made brandy that consistently delivers fresh, ripe peach flavors from the aroma to the finish. No off-notes or peculiar tastes. If you enjoy peaches and want that flavor in a brandy, this is perfect. It's great on its own and in mixed drinks.
