About this bottle
The silvestre agave used for Cielo Rojo Bacanora Blanco is harvested from the Sierra Madres' canyons. This blanco spirit is named after Bacanora, a town in Mexico's eastern Sonora mountains. Earthen pits lined with clay and rocks are used to cook the agave piñas, followed by double distillation in copper alembic stills. It is bottled at 42% ABV.
