This blanco bacanora comes from Suaqui Grande, Sonora, Mexico, and is made from 100% agave Angustifolia Haw (also known as agave Pacifica). It is bottled at 41% ABV without any wood aging. The name "aguamiel" translates from Spanish to "honey water" in English.
