This blanco bacanora comes from Suaqui Grande, Sonora, Mexico, and is made from 100% agave Angustifolia Haw (also known as agave Pacifica). It is bottled at 41% ABV without any wood aging. The name "aguamiel" translates from Spanish to "honey water" in English.

Clear. Smells of acetone, herbs, mild cheese, and mild spice. Slightly sweet, creamy, with strong mineral notes. Medium body, a slight burn. Elegant, somewhat potent.
