Chula Parranda

An elegant Agave Spirit from NOM 1466. It begins with an aromatic profile of raw agave, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs, and spices. Its rich development introduces notes of prune, tangerine, cider, crème brûlée, caramel, and maple, leading to a balanced, medium-length finish with hints of oak, vanilla, chocolate, allspice, cinnamon, coconut, hazelnut, tobacco, and smoke. Sampled May - June 2024.

Freshly cooked agave, as I imagine it would smell and taste, with vanilla and a touch of pepper. An enjoyable and easy-drinking spirit.
