This is Italy's take on Green Chartreuse, and somehow it's even stronger and more potent. It's very herbal, sharing similarities with and differences from Green Chartreuse simultaneously. I'm enjoying a basil-like quality. It's also notably more minty than Green Chartreuse, giving it a slight mouthwash sensation. A little goes a long way due to the distinct heat in the finish. Sip very small amounts if drinking it neat. I'm curious how this would perform as a substitute for Green Chartreuse in cocktails.
