Mexico - Cascahuin Reposado is rested in American oak barrels for 6 to 8 months. Smell: Cooked agave and small aromas of honey and vanilla. Taste: Lots of savory and earth notes while balanced between the sweetness of the agave and spice of the alcohol and barrel.
