Donte Reilly 3.0

Consumed neat. It has a brassy color and is viscous. The aroma is reminiscent of caramel/butterscotch candy, like Werther's Original. The taste is indeed strong caramel/butterscotch, with some smoky oak flavor, black pepper, and a hint of brine. The finish is sucralose-sweet with some tannins. This is clearly an artificially enhanced product! This brand is an obvious imitation of Casamigos, and if that's what you like, then this is a great value alternative. I might even slightly prefer this because it has more peppery notes for added complexity. This was significantly discounted, so I'll give it a little extra credit for value, but I would personally rate it lower at the full price of $40. If sweeter aged tequilas like Casamigos and Clase Azul appeal to you, then go for this. You'll be pleased, especially if it's on sale. The blanco version is decent, and an incredible value, making it a winner. This is not for me, or for others who prefer more naturally produced añejos. There are superior options in this price range for those who appreciate more balanced and naturally flavored añejos.

Virginia Block 4.3

Rich, sweet vanilla, an excellent añejo for the price. I'll try the reposado next!

Nasir Burdette 4.0

A very good Tequila for sipping, considering its price.

Darin Johnston 5.0

Tropical fruit, vanilla, caramel, smooth.

Caitlyn Holt 4.0

Overwhelmingly vanilla, smooth and easy to drink
