About this bottle
At Destiladora Juanacatlán, this additive-free tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave cultivated in the Central Jalisco valley. The agave is cooked in stone ovens for 24 hours and cooled for 12 hours before roller mill extraction. Fermentation without fibers takes place in open-air stainless steel tanks with natural yeast, and it is twice distilled on a stainless steel pot still with copper coils. This expression is aged for a minimum of 12 months in American oak.
