About this bottle
Indiana's Cardinal Spirits crafts its nocino by referencing traditional Italian methods and historical recipes. Green walnuts are harvested in midsummer and steeped for several months in a base of their own grape-based vodka. Cinnamon, spices, and maple syrup from Burton's Maplewood Farm are also incorporated into the mixture.
