About this bottle
Roulaison Distilling, a New Orleans rum producer, commenced operations at the close of 2016. "Roulaison" is the French-Creole term for the sugar cane harvest. The distillery emphasizes a pre-industrial approach to rum production, employing pot stills and small-batch techniques. They also exclusively use Louisiana molasses. Amer is an overproof herbal rum liqueur, designed as an alternative to spiced rums, featuring two dozen herbs and raw Louisiana sugar.
