The aroma is quite vegetal and slightly sweet, reminiscent of carrots and cabbage. The taste is very mild and mineral-forward, with that unmistakable mushroom characteristic of Corralejo Reposado, which I now recognize as a combination of minerals and bitterness. This is very similar to Corralejo Reposado, perhaps with a touch more fruit and tropical notes, but lacks significant complexity or apparent age. It's quite drying and earthy. While it is a form of tequila, the blend of young and earthy characteristics isn't appealing. I would much prefer something else. There's a hint of Don Julio mixed with the Corralejo Reposado minerality, just enough for a pleasant note but not enough to overcome the less desirable aspects. Orange peel is present, along with mellow caramel that helps to reduce the mushroom notes. It also has floral and vanilla elements. The finish is somewhat light and refreshing, yet I'm still uncertain about this tequila. I might sip it occasionally, but it's quite weak and definitely not something I would seek out.

A quite good Tequila, from the same producer where Casa Amigos was formerly made. Supposedly produced without additives, which is already an improvement. It's smooth and well-rounded, though not as impactful or intricate.
Quite smooth, with a slight kick.
A note of graham cracker.
