About this bottle
Brugal Maestro Reserva is now a permanent fixture in the brand's offerings. Created by Jassil Villanueva Quintana, the fifth-generation Maestra Ronera, this rum utilizes a unique "dark aromatic toasting" method. Following an initial maturation in American oak sherry casks, the rum is removed. The barrels are then toasted before being refilled with the rum for further aging. It can be found in Florida, Texas, and New Jersey in the US, as well as duty-free at select US airports starting in February 2024, with wider distribution later in the year. The suggested retail price is $200.
