Slightly lighter and more floral/fruity than a typical London Dry Gin. It's delicious both straight and in a G&T; I tried both just to be certain.

This is the most mellow, easy-drinking modern gin I've sampled. You could drink this gin on the rocks.
This is the gin that initiated everything.
