About this bottle
Big Springs Distillery was established by individuals from central Pennsylvania who utilized their Penn State education to found a distillery in nearby Bellefonte. The Nittany Lions chose this location for its excellent water source and its proximity to regional grain producers. For this barrel-aged gin, a mash bill consisting of 100% corn was selected, and it is bottled at a substantial 47.2% ABV.
